All product purchased through this website. Product (records)can be returned for full refund or exchanged within 21 days from delivery if the  wrong item was shipped or damaged during production. Please email us concerning the product to ensure Return shipping will be paid by Othofact. An exchange for the damaged product will be replaced with another item that is the same catalog number when the product is returned along with a copy of the original receipt . The buyer will be notified prior to re shipping a replacement. If product(record) is damaged from Buyer opening, playing, or mishandling resulting in chipping, breaking, scaring or damage from chemical cleaners it will not be accepted for refund or replacement. Shipping damages to packages are non refundable. Records purchased from other stores ,sites or distributors will not be accepted. There are no warranties on vinyl records since they degrade once opened or removed from sleeve.
